The hotel was modern and fairly clean with fantastic views of the town. We were given a double room, it was nice styled and functional.

Its proximity to the main bus station, CATIE, and the beautiful Jardin Botanico made it extremely convenient. The hotel offered a fantastic selection of delicious meals, making dining a pleasure. Our room was stylish and well-maintained, featuring a clean and comfortable bathroom. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit, and it was just a short 10-minute drive to Mellor Cross. it was a delightful stay!

Lovely building and rooms with a balcony. Location really close to the Farmer's Market and buses and trucks that are choosing to use the older highway to the coast😃

Casa De Lis Hotel & Tourist Info Centre offers a clean and inviting environment, complemented by its exceptionally friendly staff. Guests can enjoy wonderfully comfortable beds, stylish rooms, and private bathrooms. The excellent food with a diverse menu ensures there’s always something delicious to try.

The location here is convenient, close to a bus stop, and we had a great time; the staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us with parking.

We had a super friendly stay! the staff was helpful and welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed for our trips and recommending great restaurants. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a clean bathroom. the location was great, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen with all the necessary utensils.

That the location was a bit outside the center, and there was some noise from the heavy trucks descending the slope to the town. this was not a major issue and did not greatly affect our overall experience.

The rooms are beautifully designed and modern. Magnificent views of the town and Volcan Turrialba. The room had a great flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area, and a work desk. Favorable location in a beautiful area, close to a garden. A 10-minute walk from Catie.
